Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to conduct clinical data reviews, manage queries, and support the Data Management Lead in delivering quality data within timelines.

1. Data Review & Query Management

• Review clinical trial data as per the Data Management Plan (DMP)
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent data and raise queries
• Run listings and reconciliation reports to identify discrepancies

2. System Setup & Documentation

• Assist in developing eCRF specifications and edit check guidelines
• Create dummy/test data for database and report validation
• Maintain Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) documentation
• Support database lock and unlock procedures
• Coordinate with project teams to meet study milestones
• Ensure compliance with global SOPs and regulatory guidelines
• Prepare status reports for sponsor meetings
• Support onboarding and training of new team members

Qualifications & Experience Required

Fortrea is looking for candidates with a mix of scientific knowledge and technical expertise:

• Education: Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, IT, or related field
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in Clinical Data Management
• Technical Skills: Medical terminology, CDM workflows, database testing, SAS listings (preferred)
• Language: Strong written and spoken English
• Soft Skills: Time management, organization, analytical thinking, problem solving
