Responsibilities

• Welcome and Greet Guests: Be the primary point of contact for all guests entering the hotel foyer. Greet them warmly and direct them to the appropriate areas or services.
• VIP Guest Services: Act as the primary liaison for all VIP visitors, ensuring their specific needs are communicated clearly to the relevant departments.
• Long-Stay Guest Support: Serve as a dedicated touchpoint for prolonged-stay guests (14 days or more), providing help and information to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable.
• Feedback and Complaint Resolution: Actively seek feedback from guests on a regular basis to evaluate their experience.
• Promotions and Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services, enhancing the guest experience while promoting hotel services subtly and respectfully.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, especially in a hospitality setting, is highly desirable.
