Job summary
Evernorth Health Services India, an innovation hub for The Cigna Group in Hyderabad, seeks a seasoned Business Analytics Manager to lead analytics initiatives, partner with stakeholders, and drive AI-enabled data-driven decision making across business units.
The role focuses on building scalable self-service analytics, dashboards (Tableau), and AI-powered insights to influence strategy and operations. 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST shift.
Qualifications
- 10–13 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Reporting, or Analytics Consulting.
- Proven experience managing complex analytics projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale reporting, dashboarding, and insight-generation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analytics Consulting & Business Partnership with stakeholders.
- Translate business challenges into analytical solutions and recommendations.
- Serve as trusted advisor for data-driven decision making.
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation across source systems and processes.
- Develop understanding of data flows and business processes.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and drivers.
- Generate actionable insights to influence strategy and operations.
- Leverage AI and GenAI to enhance analytics workflows and automate reporting.
- Identify AI-driven use cases including natural language querying and dashboards.
- Design, develop, and maintain self-service dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau.
- Enable business users with scalable analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with business, product, technology, and data engineering teams.
- Present findings and impact stories to senior leadership.
- Mentor analysts and drive best practices; timely project delivery.
- Foster innovation and AI adoption within the team.

Business Analytics, Manager
Lead analytics initiatives that transform complex business problems into actionable insights through data analysis, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making, build scalable analytics products, and accelerate the adoption of modern analytics and AI capabilities.
A strategic and hands-on analytics leader with strong business acumen, deep technical expertise, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate excels at partnering with stakeholders, understanding source systems and business processes, building scalable self-service analytics solutions, and leveraging AI to enhance decision-making and business outcomes.
- Analytics Consulting & Business Partnership
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, analytical requirements, and success measures.
- Translate business challenges into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for data-driven decision making.
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Develop a deep understanding of source systems, data flows, and business processes.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Generate actionable insights that influence business strategy and operational improvements.
- AI-Enabled Analytics & Innovation
- Leverage AI and Generative AI tools to enhance analytics workflows, accelerate insight generation, automate reporting, and improve decision-making processes.
- Identify and implement AI-driven use cases such as natural language querying, automated dashboard generation, anomaly detection, narrative insights, and conversational analytics.
- Self-Service Analytics & Dashboard Development
- Design, develop, and maintain self-service dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau.
- Enable business users with intuitive and scalable analytics solutions.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with business, product, technology, and data engineering teams.
- Present findings, recommendations, and business impact stories to senior leadership.
- Team Leadership & Delivery
- Mentor analysts and establish best practices for analytics, visualization, and storytelling.
- Drive high-quality project execution and timely delivery of analytics solutions.
- Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and AI adoption within the team.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or any related quantitative discipline.
- 10–13 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Analytics Consulting.
- Proven experience managing complex analytics projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale reporting, dashboarding, and insight-generation solutions.
