Ascentiq Staffing Business Solutions is hiring a Healthcare RCM Recruiter to source and hire candidates for domestic healthcare RCM processes in India. The role requires hands-on experience in hospital billing, medical billing, AR, insurance claims processing, and related non-IT healthcare operations.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, coordinate interviews, and build a pipeline using Naukri and other channels, ensuring timely offers and onboarding for healthcare teams.

Formación

• 3–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or related non-IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience hiring for healthcare RCM processes in the Indian domestic market.
• Good understanding of domestic healthcare billing, claims, insurance and hospital operations.

Job Title: Healthcare RCM Recruiter Domestic

Experience: 3–7 years

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare RCM Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring candidates for domestic healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for healthcare RCM and non-IT healthcare operations roles.
• Hire for processes such as hospital billing, medical billing, accounts receivable, insurance claims processing, cashless claims, and pre-authorization.
• Understand job requirements, identify suitable candidates, and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.
• Use Naukri and other recruitment channels to build a relevant candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital operations, healthcare staffing, or related non-IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience hiring for healthcare RCM processes in the Indian domestic market.
• Good understanding of domestic healthcare billing, claims, insurance, and hospital operations roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and candidate management skills.

Preferred Candidates: Recruiters who have directly handled domestic healthcare RCM hiring. Experience limited to IT recruitment or US healthcare RCM recruitment alone will not meet the primary requirement.
