Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Engineer to join our analytics team in India. The role focuses on healthcare data engineering, SQL development, and Python-based data pipelines to support quality measurement and reporting efforts.

The candidate will work with cloud platforms (GCP/BigQuery), manage claims and clinical data, and drive data validation and testing to ensure accurate analytics and insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

3+ years of Healthcare Data Engineering, Healthcare Analytics, Quality Measurement, or Healthcare Reporting experience
Strong SQL development and data analysis skills
Python development experience
Experience with GCP, BigQuery, or other cloud platforms
Understanding of healthcare data including claims, membership, provider, and clinical data
Experience with data validation, reconciliation, testing, and troubleshooting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
