Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for life and health insurance products through agency channels.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents and brokers.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve sales targets.
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives for sales processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management on sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales, with a focus on agency channels.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of life and health insurance products.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
