Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting in Mumbai is seeking an experienced finance leader to drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. You will own SaaS metrics and partner with Sales on deals and enterprise closures.

The role requires building models for growth, guiding governance, and preparing Board materials in a fast-paced environment. A Master’s degree in Finance and 10+ years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance within SaaS, IT, consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, GAAP/IFRS, audits, taxation, and financial compliance.
• Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and BI/data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of SaaS business models and subscription metrics.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
