Job summary

The Whiteboard is seeking a Head of Quality Assurance for Roorkee in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. The role requires a strong background in leadership, QMS implementation, and extensive QA experience in CRO environments.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance, and leading a QA team to drive continuous improvement across processes and audits. Strong domain knowledge in pharma/cosmetics and CRO operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or people management role.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the Clinical Research (CRO).
