Job summary

Adani Group in India is seeking an experienced Site Head Projects to lead end-to-end execution of Transmission Line and Substation projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. You will plan, resource, coordinate stakeholders, manage ROW, and supervise site teams.

You will report to corporate leadership, drive performance, monitor progress, liaise with government authorities, and foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous learning

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical engineering or equivalent required.
• Strong experience in end-to-end transmission line and substation projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on large infra programmes.
• Experience with ROW, government liaison and regulatory compliance.

The role involves project planning, resource management, stakeholder coordination, statutory compliance, ROW management, contractor and manpower deployment, and liaison with government authorities. The incumbent will be responsible for driving project performance, reporting progress to corporate leadership, managing external stakeholders, and leading site teams to achieve operational excellence while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous learning.
