Position: Head – Operations
Location: Angamaly, Kerala
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or related discipline. Postgraduate qualification in Operations, Supply Chain or Business Management is an advantage.
Experience: 10–15 years in food, flavours, ingredients or FMCG manufacturing with progressive leadership across Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations.

The Head – Operations will provide end‑to‑end leadership for Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality, Food Safety, Engineering, Plant Maintenance and Asset Reliability. The role is responsible for developing Bayfield's manufacturing and operations strategy, building scalable systems, leading capital projects, strengthening operational discipline, developing people and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring safe, reliable, cost‑effective and customer‑focused operations.
Experience in leading food, flavour, ingredient or FMCG manufacturing organisations is preferred. However, candidates with demonstrated operational leadership, strong manufacturing capabilities and a proven ability to build high‑performing operations, irrespective of the size of the organisation they have worked with, are equally encouraged to apply.
