Qualifications

• 10+ years in wealth management, private banking, or investment management.
• Proven senior leadership experience with high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of financial analysis, investments, and HNI planning.
• Exceptional negotiations and client-facing skills with sophisticated investors.
• CFA or CFP certifications are highly desirable.
• Comfortable in a growth-stage startup with ambiguity and fast pivots.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end wealth management strategy for financial planning and investments.
• Oversee HNI relationships with 10,000+ members and ensure client outcomes.
• Develop tailored financial strategies aligned with ultra-wealthy profiles.
• Collaborate with Founders and Ops/Marketing to drive growth and expansion.
• Drive P&L for the wealth management vertical and scale services geographies.

The Role

As the Head of Wealth Management, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for the strategy and delivery of financial services tailored to our HNI membership base. This is a "category-building" opportunity where you will integrate wealth preservation and financial planning into our premium healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the end-to-end strategy for wealth management services, including financial planning, investments, and portfolio management.
• HNI Relationship Management: Oversee and deepen relationships with our 10,000+ HNI members, ensuring exceptional client outcomes and long-term retention.
• Product & Strategy Development: Develop tailored financial strategies and analyze investment opportunities that align with the risk profiles of ultra-wealthy families.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Founders (award-winning industry veterans) and the Ops/Marketing teams to drive business growth and market expansion.
• Business Growth: Drive the wealth management vertical's P&L, focusing on scaling the service as we expand into new geographic markets.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment management.
• Leadership: Demonstrated success in a senior leadership role, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of financial analytical processes, investment products, and HNI-specific financial planning.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation and client relationship skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial discussions with sophisticated investors.
• Certifications: CFA, CFP, or equivalent professional certifications are highly desirable.
• Mindset: A growth-stage startup veteran who is comfortable with ambiguity, rapid pivots, and a high-intensity environment.
