Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategy for manufacturing capacity and capability planning in order to meet targets as per Annual Plans.
• Oversee the capex budget for plant and machinery across all departments.
• Oversee feasibility analysis for new projects.
• Drive projects to ensure market leadership by introducing new products.
• Strategize facility creation at best conversion cost delivering consistent quality.
• Determine & foresee the capability and resource requirements of the manufacturing plant.
• Set up new assembly plants (Green field projects) & manage New Product Introduction process.
• Be an out-of-the-box thinker committed to the growth of people within the organization.
• Demonstrate abilities to enhance operations, optimize resource & capacity utilization, and escalate productivity & operational efficiencies.
• Proven track record in implementing cost-saving measures to achieve cost reduction.
• Effective communicator with excellent planning skills, leadership qualities, and analytical power.
