Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a senior technology leader to own IT infrastructure, LMS, IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance and transformation initiatives in Pune.

You will drive high availability, security, and scalable architectures across cloud, on‑premises, and enterprise systems. The role requires a proven track record as Head IT or equivalent, with a strong background in IT governance, risk management and business continuity planning.

Qualifications

• Tenure as Head IT / Head IT Infrastructure / Technology Leader.
• Bachelor's or Master's in IT, CS, Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Relevant certifications an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure across servers, networks, storage, databases, cloud environments, end-user computing and enterprise applications.
• Own LMS from technology and infrastructure perspective—stability, availability, performance, security and scalability.
• Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, SOPs and controls; ensure RBI/regulatory compliance on IT governance and cybersecurity.
• Drive cybersecurity and information security framework—network/endpoint security, IAM, vulnerability management, incident response.
• Develop and maintain DR/BCP frameworks; run DR drills and define recovery objectives for critical apps.
• Lead transformation projects in infrastructure, LMS, cybersecurity, automation and digital systems.
• Manage vendors, OEMs, SI partners and MSPs; negotiate SLAs and monitor performance.
• Establish IT service management processes; lead and develop the IT infrastructure team.

Job description

Hiring a senior technology leader to own its IT infrastructure, Loan Management System, IT governance, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, business continuity and technology transformation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead IT infrastructure across servers, networks, storage, databases, cloud environments, end-user computing and enterprise applications; ensure high availability, reliability, scalability and performance
• Own and manage the Loan Management System (LMS) from a technology and infrastructure perspective - stability, availability, performance, security and scalability
• Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, SOPs and controls; ensure adherence to applicable RBI and other regulatory requirements on IT governance and cybersecurity
• Drive the cybersecurity and information security framework - network and endpoint security, IAM, vulnerability and patch management, incident response
• Develop and maintain BCP and Disaster Recovery frameworks; run periodic DR drills and define recovery objectives for business-critical applications
• Lead infrastructure, LMS, cybersecurity, automation and digital transformation projects
• Manage technology vendors, OEMs, system integrators, LMS vendors and managed service providers - evaluation, negotiation, SLAs and performance
• Establish IT service management processes; lead and develop the IT infrastructure team

Must have:

• Prior tenure as Head IT / Head IT Infrastructure / Technology Leader.
• Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• MBA / PG in IT or Technology Management preferred.
