Job Title: Head Interior Designer (Corporate Interiors)

Education: Any Graduate (Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture preferred)

Key Role

Lead the creative and strategic direction of corporate interior design projects. Oversee end-to-end design execution, manage design teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative, functional, and brand-aligned workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, space planning, material selection, and detailed design for corporate interior projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of interior designers, junior designers, and 3D visualizers.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and vendors to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.
• Review and approve design presentations, technical drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
• Stay updated with global design trends, materials, and innovations in corporate workspace design.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee coordination between design and site execution teams to ensure design integrity on site.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Lead client presentations and manage high-level design discussions and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; specialization in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate interior design, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial/corporate interior design projects.
• Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
