Role & Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall goals.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates, and ensure a diverse and qualified workforce.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process to ensure new employees are successfully integrated into the company culture.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and encourage continuous learning and development among employees.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, provide guidance on workplace issues, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and compliant with regulations.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, and ensure HR policies and practices comply.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle employee conflicts and facilitate resolutions to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Talent Management: Identify and nurture high-potential employees and develop succession plans.
  • Labor Relations: Manage relationships with unions and address labor-related issues, if applicable.

  • Safety and Wellness: Oversee workplace safety and wellness programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
