Role Description

As the Head of Franchise Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand BringBasket’s franchise network. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying potential franchisees, managing the acquisition process, and building strong relationships to ensure long-term success. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive franchise growth and enhance the brand's presence in key markets.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Customer Acquisition and Acquisitions, with a demonstrated ability to identify, approach, and onboard new franchise partners.
  • Proficiency in Sales and experience in designing strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.
  • Excellent Team Management skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals.
  • Robust Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven business decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a track record of building enduring professional relationships.
  • Prior experience in the retail or franchise industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
