Job summary

Tata Steel is seeking a qualified engineer to lead the overall execution of multiple projects from concept to delivery within an integrated steel plant setup. The role emphasizes sustaining schemes, interface management, and implementing best practices to meet KPIs.

The incumbent will drive safety, health, and environmental compliance while delivering engineering solutions, with strong emphasis on teamwork, leadership, and technical proficiency across relevant processes.

Role Description

Overall engineering execution of different projects of TSL starting from Conceptualisation of facility and its engineering execution airing at first time right dellvery.

Identifying the sustenance schemes along with business unit in operating units of respective area/ dept and their implementation.

Improving, establishing and managing the processes for scope finalization & interface management adhering to interal KPls of E&P.

Identifying & Implementing solutions for sustainability, safety, health & environment (questioning on options- why, what, where), Capabilty Development of engineering team.

To monitor continuously global technology development in respective domain and implement as per project requirement.

Engineering delivery as per target timelines and quality.

Enhancing resource productivity and capability.

Review/ providing technical solutions to resolve issues.

Compliance to all safety, statutory & environmental norms during Engineering Implementing best practices to achieve benchmark KPIs Value engineering- reliability and sustainability.
