Job summary

Master Mind Consultancy is seeking a seasoned AGM/GM – Costing & Plant Controlling in Gurgaon to lead manufacturing accounting, costing, and plant controlling. You will maintain standard costs, oversee SAP S/4HANA Material Ledger, and manage monthly inventory valuation while driving cost reduction initiatives.

You will coordinate with supply chain and engineering teams on cost control, prepare margin MIS, and ensure compliance with auditing and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, product costing, and plant controlling.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Material Ledger, and cost accounting methods.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Experience in cost audits, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and cost optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing accounting, product costing, standard cost maintenance and monthly inventory valuation.
• Oversee activity-based costing, variance analysis and PPV reconciliation.
• Manage material movement costing, COGS reconciliation across plants and third-party locations.
• Prepare monthly margin reports and MIS on costs, pricing trends, and variants.
• Control cost centres, internal orders, budgeting and forecasting;
• Coordinate with supply chain and technical teams on cost control and reduction initiatives.
• Maintain cost records and coordinate with auditors for statutory/compliance.
• Lead cost targeting, benchmarking, and initiatives to optimize product costs.

Job Title: AGM/GM – Costing & Plant Controlling

Experience: 10–15 Years

Location: Gurgaon

• Manage manufacturing accounting, product costing, standard cost maintenance, SAP S/4HANA Material Ledger, and monthly inventory valuation.
  
• Oversee activity-based costing, standard vs. actual cost reconciliation, variance analysis, and inventory provisions.
  
• Manage consumption accounting, COGS reconciliation, and material movement costing across plant and third-party locations.
  
• Prepare monthly margin reports and MIS on costs, purchase price variance (PPV), and pricing trends.
  
• Manage cost centres, internal orders, plant budgeting, and forecasting.
  
• Coordinate with supply chain and technical teams on cost control and reduction initiatives.
  
• Maintain statutory cost records and coordinate with internal, statutory, cost, and transfer pricing auditors.
  
• Lead cost targeting, benchmarking, and initiatives to optimize product costs.
