Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior leader to head the CFO’s office in Pune, overseeing the inorganic agenda and investor relations with board-level visibility. The role blends strategic finance, deal execution and earnings communications for a listed company.

The candidate will own end-to-end M&A, PE, capital markets, and fundraising work, while guiding the quarterly earnings cycle and investor interactions. Relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1 institute, or CFA.
• Three+ transaction deal sheet led or co-led, or ownership of earnings cycle at a listed company.
• Minimum 8 years in corporate finance, M&A or investor relations.
• Relocation to Pune with family; full relocation support provided.

Responsibilities

• Own the inorganic agenda end to end: M&A, private equity, demerger, divestment, restructuring, JVs and strategic investments
• Set the target screening framework and maintain a live pipeline across lending, housing and allied businesses
• Own the full quarterly earnings cycle - investor presentation, press release, financial supplement, guidance framing and consensus bridges
• Prepare and support the CFO and MD for earnings calls; handle investor and analyst questions directly
• Build and lead a small, high-calibre team across corporate finance and IR
• Act as a trusted second voice to the CFO on capital structure, fundraise strategy and shareholder matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the inorganic agenda end to end: M&A, private equity, demerger, divestment, restructuring, joint ventures and strategic investments
• Set the target screening framework and maintain a live pipeline across lending, housing and allied businesses
• Own the full quarterly earnings cycle - investor presentation, press release, financial supplement, guidance framing and consensus bridges
• Prepare and support the CFO and MD for earnings calls; handle investor and analyst questions directly
• Build and lead a small, high-calibre team across corporate finance and IR
• Act as a trusted second voice to the CFO on capital structure, fundraise strategy and shareholder matters.

Must have:

• A personal, verifiable deal sheet of three or more transactions led or co-led, OR ownership of the earnings cycle at a listed company.
• Relocation to Pune with family is required; full relocation support is provided.
• CA, MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1 institute, or CFA.
• Combinations preferred. Minimum 8 years specifically in corporate finance, M&A or investor relations.
