Job summary

Indo German International seeks a qualified candidate for Hedging & Risk Management. The role involves designing and executing hedging strategies for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, managing exposure via futures, options, swaps and structured products, and monitoring global markets to identify risks and opportunities.

You will ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and reporting requirements, while maintaining profitable portfolios aligned with risk strategies.

• Design and execute hedging strategies for ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as steel, aluminum, copper, zinc, nickel, lead, etc.
• Manage exposure through futures, options, swaps, and structured products on exchanges like LME, MCX.
• Track global metal markets, supply-demand fundamentals, and geopolitical developments.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk policies, exchange regulations, and statutory norms.
• Track and evaluate commodity markets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Execute trades across assigned commodities in line with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee and optimize trading portfolios to ensure profitability and alignment with hedging strategies.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering market movements, trading performance, exposures, and insights.
