Blackwater Coffee Gurugram in Gurugram, India, seeks an experienced Head Chef specializing in Continental cuisine to lead our fine dining kitchen and elevate menu offerings. You will oversee all kitchen operations, design menus, and ensure quality, cost control, and staff leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 7–17 years in fine dining, with strong expertise in Continental, Mexican, and Italian cuisines, and a track record in menu planning and team management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–17 years of experience in a Fine Dine Restaurant.
• Proven expertise in Continental, Mexican, Italian cuisines.
• Strong experience in menu planning and recipe standardization.
• Hands-on experience in leading large kitchen teams.
• Experience in hiring and building high-performing kitchen staff.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Available to join by the 1st week of August 2026.
