Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an annual Admissions & Outreach plan aligned with institutional goals including enrolment targets, student mix, geographic reach, and diversity.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the admissions and outreach team to achieve set objectives.
• Plan and execute outreach activities such as school visits, career counseling sessions, open houses, education fairs, webinars, and scholarship tests.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to ensure the institution’s brand and value proposition are effectively communicated.
• Work with digital and marketing teams to design and manage online/offline campaigns, promotional content (web, social media, print), and event communications.
• Maintain accurate data records on admissions inquiries, applications, outcomes, and outreach activities.
• Use data insights and feedback to continuously improve strategies, processes, and outreach efforts.
• Ensure all admissions and outreach operations comply with institutional and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Admissions and Outreach (in the education sector).

Work Conditions:

Primarily office-based role at the KIET campus. Occasional field visits for outreach and promotional activities.
