Description:

Main Purpose of the Role:
As Chief Manager / AVP Product Tech, you will lead the Product Implementation & Project Execution function, responsible for end-to-end product launches, transformation initiatives, and governance across systems. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product Development, Actuarial, Business Solutions, and Enterprise Technology to drive strategic change and deliver high‑impact outcomes.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Product Launch & Execution:
  • Drive and oversee product launches across platforms and systems
  • Lead automation initiatives and manage UAT cycles
  • Ensure efficient execution by managing dependencies and aligning with product‑specific requirements
  • Establish outcome‑oriented program portfolios with strong governance
Strategic Leadership & Governance:
  • Manage senior stakeholders across departments
  • Develop and share best practices in project management, system development, and product launch processes
  • Identify and lead cost‑reduction opportunities through automation and process innovation
System & Process Innovation:
  • Set up product rules and logic to minimize defects
  • Design mechanisms for faster and accurate value testing across systems
  • Engage with internal teams (Products, Actuarial, Technology, UW, Claims, Customer Service) for continuous improvement
Audit & Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory compliance standards
  • Prepare RMC and Board‑level decks for product governance

Experience & Qualifications:
