Job summary

Access Healthcare in Hyderabad/Chennai invites applications for an HCC Coder/QA - Certified role. Review medical records, assign ICD-10-CM codes, and map diagnoses to HCC to ensure accurate coding.

Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and HEDIS CAT II is required. CRC, CPC, or CCS certification mandatory. Notice period acceptable; Chennai and Hyderabad openings.
