Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Power Electronics Hardware Engineer to support high‑voltage EV drivetrain electronics development. The role covers hardware design, component selection, schematic development, PCB coordination, prototype bring‑up and test for 400 V and 800 V platforms.
The candidate should have strong fundamentals in power electronics, HV EV systems, and analog/digital circuits, with ability to drive from concept to prototype.

We are looking for a Power Electronics Hardware Engineer to support the development of high-voltage EV drivetrain electronics for our X-in-1 integrated powertrain systems. The role involves hardware design, component selection, schematic development, PCB design coordination, prototype bring-up, validation support, and system integration for 400 V and 800 V EV power electronics platforms.
The engineer will work on key subsystems such as the Motor Control Unit/Inverter, PDU, On-Board Charger, DC-DC Converter, DC bus architecture, gate driver circuits, sensing circuits, power supplies, protection circuits, and system-level hardware integration.
This role is suitable for candidates with strong fundamentals in power electronics hardware design, EV high-voltage systems, analog/digital circuits, semiconductor devices, and product development from concept to functional prototype.
