Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hairdresser role based in Kolkata. The Hairdresser will provide professional hair cutting, styling, and care services to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat visits. Daily tasks include consulting with clients on desired looks, recommending suitable cuts and treatments, performing hair care procedures, and maintaining a clean, well-organized workstation. The role also involves staying updated on current hair trends, collaborating on creative looks for brand-related content, and following all hygiene and safety protocols. The Hairdresser is expected to deliver friendly, attentive customer service and contribute to a positive, welcoming salon environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Hair Cutting and Hair Styling skills, with the ability to work with diverse hair types and preferences.
