Job summary

Progenesis IVF Fertility Center in Maharashtra, India seeks an experienced gynecologist to manage IPD and OT, provide consultation and counselling to OPD patients, and ensure clinical documentation and follow-up. This role involves rounds with junior doctors and nursing staff, overseeing consent, investigations, and post-op entries.

The candidate should have MD/MS/DNB in Ob/Gyn with 6+ years of relevant experience and be prepared to supervise clinical staff and participate in outreach OPDs as

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a gynecologist/OB-GYN.
• MD (Ob/Gyn.), MS (Ob/Gyn.) or DNB (Ob/Gyn.).

Responsibilities

• Finish IPD and OT at the start of the day.
• Consultation and Counselling to all OPD patients.
• To give prescription and requisition.
• To take an IPD Round with Assistant Doctor IPD (RMO) & sisters in the morning and evening.
• Patient's File should be completed.
• Check Daily Orders written by Assistant Doctor, IPD.
• Check parameters and investigations done.
• Check IPD and OT Consents (Newly admitted patients).
• Advise necessary investigation, inform to patients.
• Ask patients if they have any complaints and take corrective actions.
• Washup, assist or conduct OT.
• To write down OT Notes.
• To ensure that Software entries to record Post OP finding by Sisters and Assistant Doctors.
• To ensure all IPD Paper's work is done by Assistant Doctor IPD and sister, verify documentation as per checklist and handover file to HR.
• To attend all type of emergency situations, in case of complications take help of senior.
• To attend Camps and Outreach OPDs.
• Monitoring and Control of all Clinical Staff.
