Job summary

Accor is seeking a Wellness & Recreation specialist to lead induction sessions, implement initial exercise programming and promote fitness services. You will engage with members, provide safety screenings and keep facilities open and well maintained.

The role is full-time and based at our Jaipur gym, offering opportunities to learn and grow within a global hospitality group that values care, growth and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Complete basic health and medical screenings
Lead inductions and 'how-to' sessions for new members
Implement Initial Exercise Programming
Provide basic fitness testing
Interact with members – 'Walking the floor'
Promote classes, services and promotions
Offer technique advice and exercise alternatives
Teach Classes (Qualification Dependent)
Open & Close Facilities
Carry out basic equipment maintenance
