Fairmont is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Attendant to uphold luxury standards across guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas in Kukas, Rajasthan.

You will respond to guest requests with courtesy, inspect rooms for quality, manage supplies, coordinate with teams and follow health and safety protocols to ensure a welcoming, pristine environment for every guest.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest Fairmont standards, ensuring all spaces are immaculate and welcoming
• Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests, special needs, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Inspect rooms upon completion of cleaning to verify quality standards, attention to detail, and compliance with property specifications
• Manage and organize housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting low stock levels and maintaining efficient supply usage
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize room assignments and meet daily cleaning schedules
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisory staff immediately for prompt resolution
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a professional manner, maintaining discretion and confidentiality
• Assist with special projects, deep cleaning initiatives, and seasonal maintenance tasks as assigned
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction
