Guidewire is seeking an Automation Infrastructure Engineer to design, automate, and maintain critical cloud and infrastructure systems within BizTech Operations. You will drive operational excellence by applying AI tools, infrastructure-as-code, and native cloud technologies to scale and protect Guidewire's global services.

You will work in a Scrum team, automate deployments, and ensure security across Linux/Windows platforms while integrating tools like DataDog and PagerDuty.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge of AWS cloud platform, cloud networking, and Linux/Windows system administration.
• Hands-on experience with automation and scripting languages such as Python, Go, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, and integration standards (REST, SOAP, JSON, OAuth)
• Solid experience with CI/CD platforms and pipeline automation (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Key Responsibilities

Technical Skills & Experience:
