Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a GTM (SAP GTS) Business Consultant to design and optimize SAP GTS solutions for compliant, scalable global trade operations. You will shape trade processes across borders by leveraging E4H and S/4HANA integrations, partnering with Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP GTS experience.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP GTS implementation project.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GTS Edition for HANA (E4H) and S/4HANA integrations.
• Expertise in Export Control, Customs Management, and Free Trade Zones.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP GTS implementation, enhancement, migration and rollout projects.
• Optimize global trade processes including Export Control, Import Compliance and Classification.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to facilitate workshops and translate business needs into technical designs.

The Impact You'll Make

International trade is evolving rapidly, and compliance has never been more critical. As a GTM (SAP GTS) Business Consultant, you will help shape the future of Danfoss’ global trade operations by designing and improving SAP GTS solutions that enable compliant, efficient, and scalable business processes across the world. In this role, you will combine your expertise in SAP GTS Edition for HANA (E4H), international trade compliance, and business process optimization to support global teams and drive digital transformation. Your work will directly influence how goods move across borders, helping Danfoss navigate complex regulatory requirements while supporting business growth. You will join a collaborative international environment where you can partner with Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and IT experts while contributing to the long-term vision for Global Trade Management and SAP S/4HANA integration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the delivery of SAP GTS implementation, enhancement, migration, and rollout projects, turning business needs into scalable and compliant solutions that support global operations.


• Enhance and optimize key global trade processes, including Export Control, Import Compliance, Product Classification, Sanctioned Party Screening, Customs Declarations, Customs Special Procedures, including Free Trade Zones and Bonded Warehouses Intrastat Reporting, License Management, and Free Trade Agreements (FTA).


• Partner with global stakeholders to facilitate workshops, provide expert guidance, and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solution design.


• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, increase automation, strengthen compliance, and leverage new SAP GTS capabilities and innovations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.


• 4- 6+ years of hands‑on SAP GTS experience, including implementation, support, and solution delivery activities.


• Proven experience in the participation of at least one end-to-end SAP GTS implementation project and supporting SAP GTS transformation or migration initiatives.


• Strong knowledge of SAP GTS Edition for HANA (E4H), SAP S/4HANA integrations, and international trade compliance processes.


• Expertise in areas such as Export Control, Customs Management, Customs Special Procedures, including Free Trade Zones and Bonded Warehouses, Product Classification, Trade Preference Management, and Trade Compliance.


• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and cross‑functional teams.
