Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide clients through product deployments and integration with their internal systems.

You will work with CRM/MAT environments across Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and Dynamics, ensuring smooth configuration and onboarding. The role emphasizes collaboration, issue resolution, and detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Technical CRM, Marketing Automation implementation, or Sales Acceleration platform.
• Certification and/or familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and/or Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus.
• Advanced understanding of ZoomInfo RevOS Platforms.
• Working knowledge of at least 3–5 platforms/products that integrate with ZoomInfo, with advanced knowledge of at least 1–3 of these platforms/products.

Responsibilities
