SLB is seeking a GSS Performance Live Technical Analyst in Pune to ensure safe and reliable service delivery. The Analyst will monitor well data, interact with customers, and prepare job deliverables while identifying improvements in service processes.

Ideal candidates should have a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Geological Sciences, along with at least 10 years of experience in data engineering, preferably in mudlogging units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as Data Engineer in Offshore or Onshore mudlogging units.

Job description

The GSS Performance Live Technical Analyst is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to Customers. The GSS Performance Live Technical Analyst identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery. This person monitors the well to provide timely and factual information to our customers; permanently connected with rig site personnel and maintaining the remote data acquisition system to assure continuous rig monitoring; and delivers high quality data to the Customer from the Performance Live Centre.

Responsibilities

• Observe HSE policies and standard.
• Maintain the required Job & Safety training.
• Primary Focal Point for Well Monitoring operations.
• Ensure Logging system & Equipment setup are up to standard per location agreed Customer SOP Monitor, record, and process well data and parameters, ensuring the integrity and reliability of well data.
• Perform Service as per Customer agreed SOP.
• Interact with personnel and customer representatives from other service companies professionally at the wellsite.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer well data.
• Capture & Prepare Field Deliverables.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Compile the End of Well Report, ad hoc reports requested by customers, and daily reports.
• Prepare Final Job Deliverables.
• Obtain Customer Acceptance of Delivery.
• Deliver and Archive Final Job Deliverables.
• Prepare Job Invoice Supporting Documentation where applicable.
• Understand and Adhere to Performance Live Escalation protocols.
• Understand and Adhere to Performance Live Job specific RACI.
• Understand Performance Live location specific IT & Networking infrastructure.
• Prepare Resources from Performance Live Center point of view.
• Verify and Prepare Resources at Product Line Location for upcoming and ongoing jobs.
• Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.

Location of Assignment: Pune

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Geological Sciences.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as Data Engineer in Offshore or Onshore mudlogging units (GSS Mudlogging Unit preferred).
