Job summary

Leading Health Insurance Company invites a Sales Manager to lead the Group Agency & Broking channel across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kochi. You will drive growth, develop broker and corporate client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing.

The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of group insurance and agency sales, and the ability to meet monthly and annual targets within an up-to-8.5 LPA CTC framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in health/general insurance preferred.
• Experience in group insurance/broking/agency sales advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the insurance market and corporate/group business.
