QS Quacquarelli Symonds is seeking a Group FP&A Operations Lead to coordinate budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, consolidation and management reporting across the group. The Group FP&A Operations Lead is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of Group FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, consolidation, management reporting and planning governance.
The role ensures planning and reporting activities are delivered consistently, accurately and on time across the business. Working closely with Finance Business Partners, the position maintains FP&A standards, supports process improvements, coordinates planning cycles and ensures the quality of Group reporting outputs.
The role does not own business unit performance, commercial decision-making or finance strategy. Instead, it provides the structure, governance and operational discipline that enable effective planning, reporting and decision support across the Group, with a focus on execution excellence, process consistency and continuous improvement.
