Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Financial Analysis Associate to drive strategic financial analysis for the GRE Finance team. You will partner with regional teams to plan, forecast, and report on the multinational real estate portfolio, including space management, lease administration, and sustainability projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Americas regional teams for planning and reporting.
• Own GRE P&L and balance sheet including 5-year forecast models.

• Analyze variances, trends, risks and opportunities against budget/forecast.
• Support development of management reporting and scalable analytics.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to key business areas and scale efficiencies.
• Collaborate with lease administration, space strategy, and construction teams for accurate forecasts.

As a Financial Analysis, Senior Associate within the GRE Finance team, you will have the opportunity to work with other highly motivated team members in transforming the finance function into a connected, forward-looking organization that promotes strategic decision making of the business. The team covers all aspects of the Firm s real estate portfolio including, but not limited to, space management, property management, lease administration, design & construction, and sustainability projects. This role offers high visibility across GRE and exposure to the Chief Financial Officer of the business, as well as the opportunity to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders and senior business leads.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop strong working relationships with the Americas regional teams in planning, reporting and analysis of financials
• Own and understand all facets of the GRE P&L and balance sheet including current year budget and actuals reporting as well as coordination of GRE s 5 year capital & expense forecast models
• Prepare presentations for the Office Head Executive, including quarterly and annual business reviews
• Analyze variances, trends, risks and opportunities, performance against budget/forecast/targets, key business drivers and sensitivities
• Assist in the development of management reporting and improve the financial reporting and business analysis framework
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis in support of key functional areas of the business and opportunities to scale efficiencies
• Partner with accounting and the GRE functions (e.g., lease administration, economic incentives group, space & location strategy, design & construction) to ensure accuracy of financial forecasts

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Advanced skills in Excel; proficiency in data manipulation and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly; comfortable interacting with senior leaders
• Organizational ability to handle multiple deliverables with critical deadlines. Candidate must be comfortable with frequently changing priorities
• Experience with firm-approved AI/GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, Microsoft Copilot)

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 6+ years of experience, preferably in Financial Services, and/or accounting/controller background
• Prior work experience in Real Estate finance is a plus
• Experience with Alteryx
• Experience with financial systems such as Essbase, SAP and Anaplan
