Job summary

Globals ITES Pvt Ltd, a cybersecurity company in Bengaluru, seeks a GRC Solutions Engineer with 3–5 years of enterprise IT, cloud, security, or GRC experience to implement and optimize GRC automation and compliance solutions.

You will troubleshoot integrations, map controls to standards, and guide customers on technical and compliance requirements while creating runbooks and implementation guides. Strong communication with enterprise stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, IAM, Endpoint Management, or GRC.
• Hands-on with AD/Entra ID, AWS/Azure, Intune, IAM, endpoint security, networking, and vulnerability management.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, Postman, PowerShell and/or Python.
• Practical exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of controls, evidence, remediation, exceptions, and audit readiness.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer IT, cloud, identity, endpoint, and security environments.
• Implement and support integrations between GRC platforms and customer systems.
• Troubleshoot integration, asset, evidence, synchronization, and compliance-related issues.
• Work with AD/Entra ID, AWS/Azure, Defender/EDR, IAM, networking, and vulnerability management.
• Support control and evidence mapping for ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST.
• Create technical documentation including runbooks, architecture diagrams, validation checklists, and implementation guides.
• Participate in customer calls, technical workshops, solution discussions, and presales activities.
• Troubleshoot issues independently and coordinate with platform vendors when required.

We work with security and IT leadership at commercial organisations to help them find, understand, and close security gaps faster than traditional tooling allows.

Role Summary

We are looking for a technically strong GRC Solutions Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in enterprise IT, cloud, security, infrastructure, or technical GRC. The role involves implementing GRC and compliance automation solutions, troubleshooting integrations, understanding customer environments, and guiding customers on technical and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer IT, cloud, identity, endpoint, and security environments.
  
• Implement and support integrations between GRC platforms and customer systems.
  
• Troubleshoot integration, asset, evidence, synchronization, and compliance-related issues.
  
• Work with technologies such as Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, AWS/Azure, Defender/EDR, IAM/PAM, networking, and vulnerability management.
  
• Support control and evidence mapping for ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST, and similar frameworks.
  
• Investigate findings and distinguish between control gaps, integration issues, data/evidence issues, and configuration problems.
  
• Create technical documentation including runbooks, architecture diagrams, validation checklists, and implementation guides.
  
• Participate in customer calls, technical workshops, solution discussions, and presales activities.
  
• Troubleshoot issues independently and coordinate with platform vendors when required.
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, IAM, Endpoint Management, or GRC.
  
• Hands‑on knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID, AWS/Azure, Intune, IAM, endpoint security, networking, and vulnerability management .
  
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, Postman, PowerShell and/or Python .
  
• Practical exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST , or similar frameworks.
  
• Understanding of controls, evidence, remediation, exceptions, and audit readiness.
  
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and customer communication skills.
  
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and work with enterprise technical stakeholders.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with GRC platforms such as Vanta, Drata, Sprinto, Secureframe, OneTrust, Hyperproof, AuditBoard, or ServiceNow GRC .
  
• Experience with CyberArk/PAM or AWS Organizations.
  
• Experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, presales, or solution engineering.
  
• Experience working with enterprise auditors or supporting security audits.
