Job summary

us Hire Pro is seeking a GRC Analyst in India for a 12-month contract, fully remote, with extension potential. You will support SOX compliance, UARs, ITGC testing, and overall governance, risk, and controls activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support SOX Compliance activities and control requirements.

Job Overview

We are looking for a GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Analyst to support IT compliance, risk, governance, and controls activities. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with SOX Compliance, User Access Reviews (UAR), IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Risk, and Compliance/Controls Testing.

The hiring manager is particularly interested in candidates who are curious, analytical, proactive, and comfortable investigating issues beyond standard checklists and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT Compliance / GRC is highly preferred.
• Experience with IT Risk, Controls Testing, Audit, or Governance.
• Strong understanding of risk, controls, governance, and compliance processes.
• Candidates with an audit background may be considered; however, hands‑on IT Compliance/GRC experience is preferred.
