Job summary

KPIT in Bengaluru, India, invites a skilled embedded software engineer to work on driver development and graphics for embedded systems. The role emphasizes C/C++ programming and a strong analytic approach within a highly integrated platform.

You will engage with OpenGL/OpenGL ES/Vulkan graphics stacks, DMA and virtualization concepts, contributing to hardware-accelerated graphics and multimedia capabilities in complex SoCs.

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded driver development and graphics.

Must have Skills

• Work experience in embedded software and/or driver.
• Candidate should be detail-oriented and have strong analytic and problem-solving skills,
• highly organized C/C++ programming, Linux driver architecture, DMA Solid understanding of overall embedded system architecture.
• Experience in 2D and 3D graphics technology and standards such as OpenGL, OpenGL ES/EGL, Vulkan
• Experience in multimedia on embedded systems and the use of graphics and in a highly integrated system.
• Experience and/or knowledge of the use of the GPU as a compute engine: GPGPU and OpenCL is an asset. Knowledge with virtualization technologies across CPU and MM hardware accelerators
