Job summary

FruitBowl Digital is seeking a UI/UX Intern for a 4-month on-site internship in Andheri West, Mumbai. You will assist the design team in creating intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces, wireframes, and storyboards.

The role offers a stipend of ₹15,000 per month and can be on-site, hybrid, or work-from-home options as per policy. You should bring your laptop and be local to Mumbai.

Qualifications

• UI/UX internship focus, basic to intermediate design skills required.
• Laptop required and Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering on visuals and experience.
• Execute visual design stages from concept to hand-off.
• Conduct user research and evaluate feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines and standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX issues.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and technologies.
• Present design decisions based on user needs.
• Work with development to ensure accurate implementation.

Overview

The UI/UX Intern plays a crucial role in assisting the design team with creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. This role is instrumental in understanding user needs and translating them into engaging designs that enhance overall user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Contribute to establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in UI/UX design and technologies.
• Present and defend design decisions based on user needs and design principles.
• Work with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Note - Candidate must have their laptop and must be from Mumbai only.
