Job summary

Unmetered Technologies LLP is seeking a skilled UI/UX/Graphic Designer to craft engaging visuals for product interfaces and marketing collateral. The role focuses on user-centered design, typography, color theory, and branding across digital ads, social media, and print materials.

You will work closely with product managers and developers to translate brand guidelines into compelling visuals while ensuring usability and consistency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UI/UX and/or Graphic Design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related field preferred.
• Experience collaborating with product teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative visuals and UX directions.
• Conduct user research to identify user behaviors, pain points, and goals.
• Design clear, engaging graphics and layouts for marketing and branding needs including digital ads, social media posts, print materials, and decks.
• Maintain consistency in visual branding across interfaces and marketing materials.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, visual design techniques, and best practices.

Job description

Skills Required

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Ability to create engaging marketing materials, social media graphics, banners, and print collateral.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Qualification & Experience Required

• 2– 3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX and/or Graphic Design.
• Any bachelor's degree or in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday Off)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
