Job summary

Qualifications

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Presentation Design Intern to support marketing graphics, social media, event collateral, PowerPoint presentations, leadership decks, and internal communications. The intern will translate briefs and complex information into clear, engaging, brand-aligned visual communication while using AI-assisted workflows to improve ideation, productivity, and creative quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media, marketing campaign, digital, and event assets, including posts, banners, posters, standees, backdrops, digital screens, invitations, and signage.
• Create and enhance PowerPoint presentations for Marketing, Sales, Leadership, and other teams, including pitch decks, proposals, reports, and reusable templates.
• Turn text-heavy or complex information into clear slides using infographics, charts, diagrams, timelines, and other visual storytelling techniques.
• Create internal communication assets and adapt approved designs across digital, print, and presentation formats.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across typography, layout, imagery, alignment, spacing, and final production files.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and stakeholders to understand objectives, incorporate feedback, and deliver requirements on time.
• Use AI-assisted design tools for concept generation, image creation or editing, background removal, resizing, design variations, and rapid visual prototyping, with human review and brand control.
• Use AI-enabled presentation workflows for content structuring, slide ideation, visual storytelling, infographic or diagram concepts, and quality checks, while validating output accuracy.
• Maintain reusable presentation templates, slide libraries, and organized creative assets for efficient reuse.
• Stay current with graphic design, presentation design, social media, and emerging AI creative tools and workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, grids, color theory, visual hierarchy, and information design.
• Ability to create charts, diagrams, infographics, business visuals, social creatives, and professional presentation layouts.
• Familiarity with social media formats, corporate presentation design, internal communications, and basic print production.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and presentation tools and prompt-based workflows is an advantage.
• A relevant portfolio is preferred; a degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
