Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, VFX, Multimedia, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design / VFX / Motion Graphics.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating VFX and motion design expertise.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic designs, VFX compositions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual directions.
• Work on compositing, image manipulation, retouching, and visual effects.
• Create promotional videos, social media creatives, reels, advertisements, and campaign visuals.
• Work with footage, graphics, typography, transitions, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Video Editors, Marketing, and Content teams.
• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Lead creative projects and provide guidance to junior designers.
• Review final artwork and ensure technical and creative quality.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Organize project files, assets, templates, and source files.
• Stay updated with the latest VFX, motion graphics, design, and AI creative tools.

• Work with footage, graphics, typography, transitions, and visual effects.

Skills Required:

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong knowledge of VFX compositing and motion graphics.
• Experience with masking, rotoscoping, keying, tracking, and visual effects.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D software is an advantage.
• Strong creative and conceptualization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior designers.

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, VFX, Multimedia, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design / VFX / Motion Graphics.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating VFX and motion design expertise.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in media production, advertising agencies, entertainment, digital marketing, branding, or creative studios.
• Experience working on commercial videos, advertisements, social media campaigns, and branded content.
• Knowledge of 3D design and advanced compositing is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
