Job summary

Indian Leadership Academy (ILA) in Bengaluru is seeking a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can transform ideas into engaging visual content. The role covers graphic design, video editing, shooting, and AI-powered content creation.

You will design social media creatives, shoot and edit videos for campaigns, events, and testimonials, add motion graphics and sound, and collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand identity.

Qualifications

• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience with AI video and creative tools such as Runway, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of design principles, video composition, lighting, audio, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and basic production equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, video shooting, and AI-generated content.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
