Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training while working remotely on diverse tasks.

The role requires experience with Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools, plus strong English communication. Flexible schedule and contractor engagement are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Creative & Design Specialists to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

You'll use your professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs and contribute high-quality human feedback for AI training. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required. Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.

Scope of Work
