We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Packaging Design to join our team. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling, and love turning ideas into scroll-stopping designs, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand’s visual presence across social media, digital campaigns, branding, e-commerce, marketing, and print.
Key Responsibilities
- Create Designs That Stand Out: Develop bold, engaging, and visually compelling graphics for social media, digital campaigns, e-commerce, branding, marketing collaterals, and print that capture attention and bring the brand to life.*
- Shape the Brand’s Visual Identity: Create fresh design concepts, layouts, typography, color treatments, and visual styles that strengthen and evolve the brand’s aesthetic while maintaining consistency across every touchpoint.
- Turn Ideas Into Visual Stories: Take creative briefs, campaign concepts, product stories, and marketing objectives and transform them into powerful, on‑brand visual experiences .
- Bring Fashion Into Design: Stay connected to the latest fashion, lifestyle, culture, and design trends , translating them into contemporary and relevant creatives that resonate with the brand’s audience.
- Make Static Designs Move: Bring creative concepts to life through animations, reels, GIFs, transitions, and basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and other relevant tools.
- Sweat the Small Details: Maintain a high level of design craft across typography, spacing, alignment, composition, color, imagery, and layouts , ensuring every final creative feels polished and premium.
- Collaborate, Create & Elevate: Partner with marketing, content, merchandising, product, and photography teams to turn ideas and briefs into impactful campaigns and creative assets.
- Keep the Brand Consistent: Ensure a cohesive visual language across social media, digital campaigns, e-commerce, marketing materials, and other brand touchpoints while adapting designs for different platforms and formats.

Requirements
- Relevant Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Fashion Communication, or a related creative discipline.
- Professional Experience: 1–3 years of hands‑on experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the fashion, apparel, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce industry.
- Fashion & Trend Expertise: A strong eye for fashion trends, styling, visual merchandising, color palettes, typography, and contemporary aesthetics. You should understand what makes fashion communication visually relevant, aspirational, and engaging.
- Strong Design Toolkit: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, with the ability to select the right tools for different creative requirements.
- Motion & Digital Content: Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects to create basic motion graphics, animations, transitions, reels, and other dynamic digital content.
- Digital & UI/UX Understanding: A good understanding of UI/UX principles, digital design standards, and social media formats, with an ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and user‑focused.
- Exceptional Design Fundamentals: Strong command of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, composition, layout, imagery, and brand storytelling, with a sharp eye for detail and consistency.
- Brand Thinking: Ability to understand and translate a brand’s personality, positioning, and visual language into compelling creative assets across multiple platforms.
