We’re looking for a Video Editor who can transform raw footage and creative concepts into engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms.

If you understand pacing, storytelling, hooks, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling, this role could be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

• Design social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Create statics, carousels, stories, thumbnails, banners and campaign creatives.
• Design performance marketing creatives for Meta Ads and other paid campaigns.
• Understand each client's brand guidelines, target audience and communication style before designing.
• Convert content briefs and concepts into visually strong, easy-to-understand creatives.
• Create different design approaches for different brands rather than following one repetitive style.
• Stay updated with Instagram, social media and digital design trends.
• Adapt relevant trends intelligently without compromising brand identity.
• Work closely with social media marketers and content teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with video editors when campaigns require both static and video assets.
• Incorporate internal and client feedback accurately and within timelines.
• Resize and adapt creatives across different platform specifications.
• Maintain organised source files, brand assets and editable design files.
• Ensure creatives are reviewed, corrected and ready ahead of the publishing schedule.
• Perform a final quality check for spelling, alignment, branding, dimensions and visual consistency before submission.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in video editing is preferred.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Good understanding of short-form content and social media platforms.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to create strong hooks and maintain audience attention.
• Good understanding of music selection, sound design, subtitles, transitions, and basic colour correction.
• Ability to take feedback positively and implement revisions quickly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
