Job summary

Sporty’s is seeking a Marketing Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our growing Marketing Design team and support expansion across new and existing markets. You'll create visually engaging, high-impact creative across digital marketing channels, helping us achieve both brand and performance objectives.

Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll develop creative concepts and bring campaigns to life across static formats.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showing visuals across marketing channels.
• Familiarity with Google ads, display ads, and social media design practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas aligned with marketing objectives.
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for a Marketing Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our growing Marketing Design team and support Sporty's expansion across new and existing markets. You'll create visually engaging, high-impact creative across digital marketing channels, helping us achieve both brand and performance objectives.

Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll develop creative concepts and bring campaigns to life across static formats. Your work will help capture attention, communicate our brand effectively, and engage audiences in every market we're in.

You'll report to a Brand Design Lead and work alongside Senior Marketing Designers. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, is highly creative, and understands how strong design contributes to marketing performance.

What you'll be doing

• Develop visually appealing content for diverse marketing channels, including Google ads, social media platforms, and display ads, with a focus on achieving both performance and brand marketing goals, while maintaining a consistent and recognisable brand identity.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for marketing campaigns. Your designs will play a crucial role in capturing the audience's attention and conveying our brand message effectively.
• Adapt your design approach to different channels, ensuring that your work is optimized for each platform's unique requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and marketing strategies to ensure our visuals are always on the cutting edge. This includes keeping an eye on trends specific to our industry and target audience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

What you'll bring

• Degree qualified in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools within the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant software.
• Strong creative skills with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling visuals across different marketing channels.
• Familiarity with various marketing platforms and their best design practices, including Google ads, display ads, and social media.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, so effective communication is key.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A knack for generating innovative ideas that align with our marketing objectives.
• A proactive and self-motivated mindset, always eager to learn and adapt to changing marketing landscapes.
