Job summary

Faveo is seeking a fresher graphics designer to create visual content for digital marketing campaigns, banners, logos, and brochures. The role emphasizes creativity, storytelling, and strong conceptual thinking within a design-focused environment.

The candidate should come from an arts/design background, be proficient with core design tools, and be willing to learn across various graphic design tasks. This is an on-site opportunity in India and may require a 12-month commitment.

Qualifications

• Arts/design background preferred.
• Fine art graduate required or equivalent.
• Interest in aesthetics, philosophy, sketching, drawing, photography, pottery, film making, etc. preferred.

This position is open for fresher graphics designers.

Role & responsibilities:

• Designing digital marketing campaigns for social media, online ad’s etc
• Banner/Poster graphic design
• Logo design
• Brochure design
• Any Graphic design work

Technologies you will work on:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Camtasia

Qualification/Interest

• Candidates from arts, design background preferred
• Candidates from reputed design school preferred
• Candidates having interest in fields/branch of aesthetics, philosophy, sketching, drawing, photography, pottery, film making etc. preferred

Other details

• We expect minimum 12 months job commitment from candidates. No relieving documents are issued to candidates leaving the job before the commitment period.
• Notice period is 90 days.
• BYOD – We promote bring your own device policy. Employees need to carry their own laptop to work.
• Salary hike, appraisal reviews will take place annually in March every year. Annual salary hike will commence from April each year.
• Minimum 12 months of employment is required to be eligible for annual bonus or salary hike.
