Job summary

Faveo in India is seeking a fresher graphics designer to join our creative team. You will design digital assets for social campaigns, banners, posters and brochures, bringing fresh ideas and a strong sense of aesthetics.

We value creative thinking, originality and a background in arts or design. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is expected; Camtasia is a plus. BYOD is encouraged and annual salary reviews apply after 12 months.

Qualifications

• Candidates from reputed design school preferred.
• Candidates having interest in fields/branch of aesthetics, philosophy, sketching, drawing, photography, pottery, film making etc. preferred.

Other details

• We expect minimum 12 months job commitment from candidates. No relieving documents are issued to candidates leaving the job before the commitment period.
  
• Notice period is 90 days.
  
• BYOD – We promote bring your own device policy. Employees need to carry their own laptop to work
  
• Salary hike, appraisal reviews will take place annually in March every year. Annual salary hike will commence from April each year.
  
• Minimum 12 months of employment is required to be eligible for annual bonus or salary hike.
